For outdoor activations of more than one day, overnight security is required. Please indicate who will be providing your security and when they will be on-site, if applicable.
Security vendor is also required to submit a COI per our requirements provided to you previously.
Who will be disposing of your activation trash?

Metreon does not dispose of activation trash, with the exception of any attendee/guest food & beverage/consumable goods waste. All other trash generated from the activation needs to be removed completely from the property.
Would you like the metal trash cans to be removed from the activation area?

There are 2 trash cans in Pocket Park and 2 trash cans in Triangle Terrace.
Are you applying for any fire permits for your activation?

If yes, please describe. Please reference the SFFD requirements sent to you previously for information on activities requiring a fire permit.
Will you be having any amplified sound present at your event?

If yes, please describe. A permit must be obtained via Yerba Buena Gardens - please reference your logistics packet.
Are you applying for a permit via SFMTA for use of the Howard Street cut-out (or any other loading areas) for loading/staging for your activation?

Are you having internet service installed for your activation? If yes, please describe.

POCKET PARK/TRIANGLE TERRACE ONLY - Do you need access to electricity/power for your activation? If yes, please indicate whether you will be needing the existing 20-amp circuits powered on or if you require access to our cam-lock services.

20-amp circuit power access is included per the distribution on your activation area electric plan; camlock access is provided at $300/100amps per day. You must provide cables/distro equipment for camlock access.
POCKET PARK ONLY - Will you be placing a vehicle and/or very heavy structures or equipment in the activation area?

POCKET PARK ONLY - If you will be placing a vehicle and/or heavy structures or equipment in the activation area, please note that double-layered 1" plywood is required to protect the terrace tiles. Metreon Engineering assistance is also required for a $250 fee per load-in/load-out. Will you need plywood rental from our team as well?
Fee is $750 for plywood rental; $1,000 combined including assistance. Metreon management approval/specification verification is required for all heavy structure installations.
POCKET PARK ONLY - If you will be placing a vehicle and/or heavy structures or equipment in the activation area, please describe all timings for these items moving in and out of the park.
Metreon Engineering is required to be on-site for all vehicle/heavy equipment move-ins and move-outs.
POCKET PARK ONLY - Would you like the five benches removed from the activation area or left in place?
Please reference the floorplan on your license agreement for bench placement.
POCKET PARK ONLY - Would you like the five bollards removed from the activation area?

TRIANGLE TERRACE ONLY - Are you planning to have any exterior-facing branding present within the activation space?
Please describe all branding plans in detail and provide us with a list/rendering of all signage plans. Please note a $500 - $1500 impact fee will apply. All branding must be non-corporate in nature (no corporate logos or fonts).
